It is not possible, but I still emphasize and insist that the fastest and most effective way for the development of the chess community is the methods that were proposed and I believe that if there is a will to develop the chess community, the implementation of the suggestions with the lowest costs It will be economical and very fast.

Therefore, the short-term and long-term chess development plan is presented according to the current facilities and capacities of the Chess Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the provincial boards as follows:

Development plan for public chess in Iran:

Introduction

Everyone emphasizes this proven principle that the correct understanding of raw information should be supported by creativity and initiative, and the smallest intellectual deviation caused by the inability to concentrate or the inability to persevere intellectually, leads to incorrect movement or movements (behavior) and finally will fail.

It is ungrateful and simplistic to consider chess as just a fun game and sport. Chess is a skillful activity of human thought. The abstract nature of chess has made it deeply intertwined with mathematics, logic, philosophy and psychology. Almost all developed countries have mandatory chess training in primary schools and many countries including the Islamic Republic of Iran have colleges and universities and university graduates.

The strategies proposed in this section are mostly psychological and create a shock to address and pay attention to chess in the eyes of those compatriots who do not have the necessary knowledge and awareness of chess, or if they do know it to some extent, they are not aware of its values.
